Woo hoo! Today was my weigh-in, and I weighed
145. Also, knowing that my scale is a dirty, digital liar, I got on the scale again a few minutes later, and it said 144.5! So - I just stuck with 145, because hey -
any loss is, after all, a loss! I couldn't wait to log it this morning.
Feeling good about myself today. I know that I probably won't show losses every week, but I'm really happy that my first two weeks with CK have begun to yield good results. I felt like I needed ...

Food: 774 cals
Today was my first weigh-in. Initially, I got on the scale (it's digital) and it said 147 - which means I've had zero movement over the past week.
Angrily, I hopped off the scale, trudged downstairs and commenced feeding the cats, the dog, and the fish.
I came back upstairs and got on the scale again. Don't ask me why.
It said 146. Yay!
I turned the shower on and disrobed.
Wanting to see the numbers one more time, I got on the scale again. (Again, don't ask me why.)

Well, actually, it's not... I have another diet blog that chronicled my 55-lb weight loss, and I'm here to kick my butt into high gear, refine my weight-loss skills, and rid myself once and for all of the Final Fifteen!!
