  • 1 large banana
  • 2 Tbsp wheat germ

Directions:

Cut banana in half, widthways. Insert a popsicle stick into the flat end; roll lightly in wheat germ and freeze.

Variations:

Dip the ends of the banana in melted chocolate then freeze.
