If you never saw a Purple Cow, but hope to see and drink one, then this grape and yogurt drink will help you see but not "be" one!

Suggestions:

Ingredients:

1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt (8 oz)

1/4 cup low-fat milk (1%)

2 Tbsp frozen purple grape juice concentrate, slightly thawed

3/4 cup club soda or mineral water


Directions:

Combine yogurt, milk and juice concentrate in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.

Fill 3 tall glasses with ice. Add 1/2 cup grape mixture and 1/4 cup club soda to each glass. Stir and serve.

Variations:

** This recipe serves 2 to 3. For 2 (1 cup, 8 oz) servings: 132 calories, 1.8 g fat, 23 g carbs, 20.5 g total sugars, 239 mg calcium.
