Ingredients Convert to Metric

  • 1 cup orange juice (250ml)
  • 1 medium banana (150g)
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup Equal® Spoonful™ or 6 packets Equal® Sweetener
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

Directions:

Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in freezer bag, seal and freeze at 5-6 hours or overnight.

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
