


Grilled banana slices on toast.
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 medium banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp artificial sweetener *
Preheat the grill or broiler.
Toast bread on both sides. Arrange the banana slices evenly on the toast. Dust with cinnamon and artificial sweetener (optional).
Grill or broil for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
* Replace artificial sweetener with an equal amount of brown sugar.
