Ingredients:
1 medium fuji apple, cored and diced
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp raisins
28.57 g Genisoy Pralined Soy Nuts
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 packet Splenda (1g)
Directions:
Gently toss all ingredients together in medium-sized mixing bowl. Serve immediately.
