A milkshake suitable for a party or spooky Halloween treat!

Ingredients:

1 cup lowfat chocolate milk

1 small banana

2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter

1 cup lowfat vanilla ice cream


Directions:

Place milk, banana and peanut butter in blender. Cover and process on high power until smooth. Add ice cream; process until smooth.

Variations:

Can replace vanilla with 1 cup chocolate ice cream or ice milk, if desired.

For a smaller serving, the recipe makes 3 (3/4 cup) servings.
