A delicious blend of banana, coffee, and cocoa - just right for breakfast, pick-me-up, or dessert.
Suggestions:
For better blending, cut the banana into chunks before putting into blender.
Ingredients:
1 medium banana
3/4 cup low-fat milk (1%)
4 tsp artificial sweetener (such as Equal or Splenda)
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee granules
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
5 ice cubes (4 - 6)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into tall tumbler and serve cold.
Variations:
SERVED OVER ICE: Blend all ingredients except ice cubes until smooth. Once blended, place the ice cubes in a tall tumbler, pour blend over cubes. Serve immediately.
