Ingredients

  • 2 thin slices multigrain bread
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh lean leg ham, trimmed of fat
  • 1 1/2 oz skinless, lean turkey breast
  • 2 1/2 oz mixed lettuce greens
  • 2 tsp light buttery spread

Directions:

Lightly spread bread with buttery spread. Top bread with layers of turkey, lettuce and ham. Cover with remaining slice of bread.

Variations:

For variety, omit the buttery spread and replace with a little mashed avocado, or with Avocado-Cilantro Spread (see recipe link).
