A very satisfying combination of prawns, egg, lettuce and mayo.
Keep chilled before serving.
1 lettuce leaf, finely shredded
1 Tbsp mayonnaise, fat free
1 large egg, hard boiled, peeled and sliced
2 oz prawns, tinned, drained
2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz)
Lightly spread mayo on one slice of bread. Add egg slices, prawns and lettuce. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Serve.
