Prawn and Egg Sandwich

A very satisfying combination of prawns, egg, lettuce and mayo.

Ingredients Convert to Metric

  • 1 lettuce leaf, finely shredded
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, fat free
  • 1 large egg, hard boiled, peeled and sliced
  • 2 oz prawns, tinned, drained
  • 2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz)

Directions:

Lightly spread mayo on one slice of bread. Add egg slices, prawns and lettuce. Top with remaining slice of bread.

Serve.

Tips:

Keep chilled before serving.
