  • 250.00 g canned sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese (reduced fat )
  • 4 Tbsp Russian Dressing (2.5 oz)
  • 100 g thin slices corn beef
  • 4 slices pumpernickel or rye bread (1 oz each)

Directions: Standard directions Microwave directions

Spread dressing on bread and arrange on a plate.

Top with beef and sauerkraut, then cheese; place on grill and cook until cheese is melted and browned.

Serve hot.
