Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 250.00 g tofu
  • 1 tsp mild mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lemon (juice only)
  • 3 Tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 pinch of black pepper


Drain the tofu and crumble into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently until everything is well mixed.


Season to taste (adjust nutritional data as necessary).
