Howdy Doody!
Yesterday didn't run before work, knowing that I was running home from work and I was well over my exercise but man that morning jog gets my juices flowing! So this morning even though I packed to run home I had to do a quick 3 miler since it was 45 degrees out!!!!

and to get the brain going.
Aside from being a little sore from the new Pilates moves I have been trying at home I feel pretty good. This damn knee is going to be the death of me.
I've decided I HAVE to cut out the refined sugar completely and keep OD'ing on the glucosamine. I bought the cheap stuff without the condroitin last time and I'm thinking that was a mistake. I need to go online and order a better brand today. It does help though.
I definitely need new running shoes. Last night at about mile #4 my right foot was completely numb for about a mile. Not good. I think the soles are so worn down that I am pinching a nerve because I'm chubby!
My bigest motivation to take off this last 10-15 lbs is to take the stress off my knee. I hate when it wakes me up at night because it hurts so bad. Once again I forgot to take a couple ibuprofen before bed.
Why do I continue this running crap, you ask? It is an addiction, I tell you. There is nothing like watching 8 or 10 miles go by on a sunny day, just putting one foot in front of the other. AH! Pure bliss...
