OK day.
Ran some hill climbs this morning. Not too bad actually. The hill (my street is not too steep but a good steady climb) is a strong climb from the river to our driveway is .6 miles so down and back 3 X = 3.6 miles. My normal 'rest day' distance.
Got to play with Mom all morning and then home to the hubby. I did so great on food today. Yeh Me!!
Tomorrow is going to be tough. Since I have a 10 miler I will allow myself way too much but today I pledge to make it all good food.
There were so many options of things to do this weekendd that we just gave up and hung around the house. The hubby cleaned up his little workshop out back and is all toasty warm with his propane heater going.... I may never see him again! :)
I'm glad he is having fun 'fixing' stuff and piddling around in his space....
I better go, gotta catch up on Sun and Mon blog. TTFN!!
