Thank God for short work weeks!
I made sure to be in bed by 9:00 last night so I could get a good start on today...
Made it outside by 4:45 this morning, ran 5 mi. / 60 walking lunges / 20 push ups on the step / 100 crunches. I'm sleepy
It is beautiful outside! sunny and dry, high of 78. We had horrible July 4th holiday weather... Severe storms and tornado watches Mon & Tues. Several fireworks shows were cancelled or postponed.
I feel like I repeat myself sometimes from day to day here... sorry
Cutting way back on calories this week... seeing how that goes. MUST LOSE 8-10 POUNDS BY WEDDING ANNIVERSARY on Aug 20th!!

NEW PLAN
-I will not re-stock the peanut butter in our home!
-I will not drink more than 3 Diet Berries & Cream Dr. Pepper / week!
-I will not go over carbs for the next 30 days!
-I will not drink alcohol for the next 30 days!
-I will run 6 days a week (at least 3.5 miles) for the next 30 days!
-I will run 10 miles one day a week for the next 30 days!
-I will drink at least 90 oz of H2O each day for the next 30 days!
-I will lose at least 8 pounds the next 30 days!!
