Another great day... Not bad on the food... could have spiralled but I kept it in check thank God!!Had to water and the garden center again in the morning from 7:00- 10:00am... then I went to help Matt at the nursery to stand up plants that the wind knocked over so the overhead watering would do any good... Loaded up the mulch to finish the landscape job and were on our way...
My major indiscretion was a tall soy latte at Starbucks but I consider that fairly healthy so it's ok with me...

Great day!! OMG, I might get through a weekend without going overboard for the first time in months!!
Got up and had to water at the garden center from 7-10:30 while Matt was working at the nursery till noon and loading up plants for the landscape job we did for vacation $ !!
Weird thing... I jumped in the shower and everything started to go black... I have never passed out in my entire life... I didn't completely pass out and the whole experience went slow enough for me to get dow...

Good Friday Morning!!Good grief, it's been crazy as heck already!!
Only have time for a quick check in and then I gotta run....
Up one pound from the weekend holiday... Just motivation, my friend!!
When my check-in asked what my motivation level was I had to say it... HIGH!!
Up at 4:35... ran 5 mi....60 walking lunges.... 20 pushups (cheaters)...100 crunches (feelin' those baby!!

Thank God for short work weeks!
I made sure to be in bed by 9:00 last night so I could get a good start on today...
Made it outside by 4:45 this morning, ran 5 mi. / 60 walking lunges / 20 push ups on the step / 100 crunches. I'm sleepy
It is beautiful outside! sunny and dry, high of 78. We had horrible July 4th holiday weather... Severe storms and tornado watches Mon & Tues. Several fireworks shows were cancelled or postponed.
I feel like I repeat myself sometimes fro...

Made it through the Hubby's 20th H.S. reunion weekend alive!
I had a great time meeting everyone and hanging out all weekend.... Of course now I'm whooped! I am going straight home from work tonight and climbing into bed so I can get up and start my routine again tomorrow. I ran on Sat (5.5 mi) and Mon(7 mi) but did nothing on Sun or Tues or today....
I did fine with food this weekend... but drank too much. Def. won't be drinking again anytime soon. ACK!
