Well.... I'm actually back! Alot later than I thought....
I completely thought that we would be back home early in the week.. Tues or Wed. and I would be back online but I discovered quickly that the longer I could stay away from reality the better and thus I stayed in seclusion from anything except great friends, my wonderful hubby and great food and drink for the entire 9 days!
I feel very refreshed and re-generized .... here's a very brief re-cap....

Can it be?? Can it really be???
YES IT IS!! It's FRIDAY.... and we are leaving to play for a week TONIGHT!!
I have to admit that packing was so depressing because I only have so many 150 pound wardrobe items... I refuse to buy another pair of 12 shorts and I can't fit into my huge 8-10 wardrobe that is beautiful and would have been awesome to pack... Ho Hum... it's MY OWN DAMN FAULT. I even get sick of hearing myself whine about it....
On a brighter note... this day will go quickly ...

Whoo! I had to sneak in on a 'breather' from the crazy forums to get this in....
And that 36 oz of H2O already this morning is screaming to get out as well so this may be briefer than anticipated.
Made it up at 5am to knock out 4 miles and some lunges.... haven't eaten the best lately... but I'm not in the mood to beat myself up about it...
I haven't really laid out my weight lifting plans and I am so unfamiliar with many of the moves. This is going to take a solid weekend of p...

Good Wednesday Morning!!
I slept till 6am... I didn't do a damn stitch of exercise... I spent my extra time straightening my crazy curls into a sexy shine.... I had a 'ME' morning... ahhhh.
I am so excited!! I went to Target last night to add to my free weights collection... I

those reebok rubbery coated ones and now I have 5,8 & 10 pounders.... In the past I have had a gym to use these things at but it was time to expand my reportoire (sp?)
I am very motivated to star...

Good Tuesday morning!!
Had a sweets incident yesterday morning and then at 1:30 am today but I logged them and adjusted the rest of the day and still stayed within calories so GO me!!
Maybe as I learn to just STOP with a few hundred calories (I know, that is bad enough

) and just keep on movin' instead of 'losing it' I can climb out of this hole...
I have started to rely primarily on WW Points again as of yesterday... It worked great before and then I was enamored by the 'health...
