Whoo! I had to sneak in on a 'breather' from the crazy forums to get this in....
And that 36 oz of H2O already this morning is screaming to get out as well so this may be briefer than anticipated.

Good Wednesday Morning!!
I slept till 6am... I didn't do a damn stitch of exercise... I spent my extra time straightening my crazy curls into a sexy shine.... I had a 'ME' morning... ahhhh.
I am so excited!! I went to Target last night to add to my free weights collection... I

those reebok rubbery coated ones and now I have 5,8 & 10 pounders.... In the past I have had a gym to use these things at but it was time to expand my reportoire (sp?)
I am very motivated to star...

Good Tuesday morning!!
Had a sweets incident yesterday morning and then at 1:30 am today but I logged them and adjusted the rest of the day and still stayed within calories so GO me!!
Maybe as I learn to just STOP with a few hundred calories (I know, that is bad enough

) and just keep on movin' instead of 'losing it' I can climb out of this hole...
I have started to rely primarily on WW Points again as of yesterday... It worked great before and then I was enamored by the 'health...

Got up about 6:20 and showered, grabbed a spare shirt and a Clif bar and hurried to work at the Garden Center downtown... worked till 3:30... supposed to be off by 3:00 but they need all the help they can get so it's hard to walk away.....

It's Friday... It's cooler... I drank 4 ice cold Bud Lights last night and ate a baked potato at Outback....

watered all the damn plants...

no rain!!
