OK day.
Ran some hill climbs this morning. Not too bad actually. The hill (my street is not too steep but a good steady climb) is a strong climb from the river to our driveway is .6 miles so down and back 3 X = 3.6 miles. My normal 'rest day' distance.
Got to play with Mom all morning and then home to the hubby. I did so great on food today. Yeh Me!!
Tomorrow is going to be tough. Since I have a 10 miler I will allow myself way too much but today I pledge to make it all good food.

Another day....
The ever patient hubby went to the mall with me to get my new running shoes last night! I die and go to heaven at the New Balance store but they didn't have my size!! I was so bummed!!

I waited until my feet go numb in my old shoes (they have at least 400 miles on them) So I don't really have time to spare...
Oh well, he had to order them. I will have to limp through. Thank God I only have 10 miles to do on Sunday and my 16 miler isn't until next Sunday! I am going to do ...

Howdy Doody!
Yesterday didn't run before work, knowing that I was running home from work and I was well over my exercise but man that morning jog gets my juices flowing! So this morning even though I packed to run home I had to do a quick 3 miler since it was 45 degrees out!!!!

and to get the brain going.
Aside from being a little sore from the new Pilates moves I have been trying at home I feel pretty good. This damn knee is going to be the death of me.

Well, off to an okay start....
I was so tired this am for some reason that I slept through my 3 mile run and dragged myself out of the warm bed at 5:30am. I did 100 crunches, a few Pilates leg moves, some arm weights, some lunges and some squats. Not enough for today so I will be running home after work. It's forcasted to be 48 degrees this afternoon. Woo Hoo!!

I thought allot about today's blog while I was running this morning... To sum it up I did so bad yesterday, I did not wake up hungry. Which in my book is NOT a good thing.
Off to a good start. Ran my 3 miles this morning and my 2, 8 mile days are forcasted to be the warmest of the week. Not the dryest, but the warmest. I don't mind being wet and 50 degrees. It's better than dry and 20 degrees.
