I had the funniest problem today. My closet is full of slacks sized 40 and 42. I grabbed a pair of 42s today, threw on my shirt and tie and ran out the door. The company I work for grades millions of dollars in diamonds every day, so I have to use an ID card just to get into the parking lot. The card is in my wallet; and what I usually do is wait until I approach the gate in my car, fish my wallet out and wave it at the sensor to open the gate.Wednesday, January 2nd 2008
Foods today were better, but meal frequency was off. The flu is finally going away in earnest... Strange that my appetite hasn't returned.Tuesday, January 1st 2008
Hm... LOTS of bad decisions today. It's funny that the macronutrient ratios don't reflect how "bad" the choices were. I suppose if the macronutrients split simple, complex and fibrous carbs up and differentiated between saturated and unsaturated fats, it would be a different story.Monday, December 31st 2007
Legoland was fun again this year. It's the only place for miles where parents of small children can go to have a new year's family celebration at kid-friendly hours. My 2 1/2 year old still gets scared by the fireworks. He was fine with the smaller crackly ones - and was even immitating them, but the loud, thundering booms really made his skin crawl.Sunday, December 30th 2007
I received a question about the devices I use to calculate my daily calorie needs.
