View CELAWLOR's food & exercise for this day

Still not doing this home alone thing very well. I've been visiting some friends and working on getting the house cleaned up. Nice and leisurely. I got my run in yesterday, but did not make it 5 miles. I got a cramp in my lower ab!!! WFT?!?!?! Couldn't run very well after that. It still hurts.

Oh well. I think I will need to rework the training plan. Maybe focus on doing the half marathon really well, instead of the full--until I get to my goal weight. I can make the full marathon my reward for reaching goal. The half marathon will almost be easy, anyway. Already did it once. Now, I will focus on doing it well.
