Back to work today. Can't say that I am back to my normal routine, though. I didn't wake up early to get my run in because I didn't want to have extra time to sit around the house with no one to talk to. I decided I will go to the gym in the evenings, rather than get up early. My husband and I normally sit on the chaise and enjoy our coffee together every morning. Don't wanna do it by myself.

Still not doing this home alone thing very well. I've been visiting some friends and working on getting the house cleaned up. Nice and leisurely. I got my run in yesterday, but did not make it 5 miles. I got a cramp in my lower ab!!! WFT?!?!?! Couldn't run very well after that. It still hurts.

Haven't decided if it will be after the salon appointment at noon tomorrow or early Thursday morning. I haven't told Mom, yet, either way.
When I get home, the house is getting a thorough cleaning and then I am going to go enjoy some great times with some friends for the next couple of weeks. Let the wild party girl out...

So my mother and her sisters (all in their 50's, btw) were sitting around the dinner table yesterday "arguing" about who was abused more as a child.

The brothers were not present to get their two cents in, THANK GOD!!!
Seriously, people, does it matter? Is it worth arguing about? Is there a prize that gets awarded to the most abused/least f'd up one among you? WTF??? This "get together" was, according to my mother, called so that everyone could visit with my kid...
