View DBRAZIEL's food & exercise for this day

So I've decided that I'm going to start uber small and do my "Big Hearts, Little Pockets" with my residents and on campus first and just recognize people within my school community who make a difference. If anyone wants to continue it after I graduate then thats cool but I think I will start uber small.

My food/exercise has been sketchy. I haven't really had the desire to lose weight, just no desire to gain weight. I am sorta kinda OK with where I am now. Maybe just complacent, who knows. I'm trying to really evaluate how I feel about my body and what my real goals are for myself. I think it's stupid for my goal to be a number and not have any substance behind it once i get there. I'm not saying that an excuse to be an uber fatty, but it's just the reality that I don't know what I want to do with myself.

Next week I'm going to visit Lauren and I'm uber excited about that. :inlove1: We only see each other once every 2/3 weeks so every opportunity we get to spend time together is amazing. I'll stay with her for about 3/4 days so it should be fun. I'm really looking forward to it.

I was supposed to go to a wedding on Saturday but i can't go because of being on stinkin duty and it really aggravates me. On well, I guess it just comes with the territory of being a CA :bang:

I guess I gotta get this life of mine in order ASAP! :nono5:

I commend you on your charity idea and I hope that goes well for you. I also understand how hard it can be to get back on track after a bit of time off. You just need to find something that you think can help you reach a goal of a healthy lifestyle. I like the race idea. Anyhoo have a good time with Lauren!

what about having some kind of race (like a 5K) as a goal instead of a scale number? I'm using that (training for a marathon) to try and pry my self-hating eyes off the scale (which never seems to satisfy me even though it should) ... and I so  your charity idea.

:wave1: Hi Denita~
I think once you get back in the swing of things with school, you will find that energy to get back on track with excercise and CK (at least I hope so) I look forward to reading your blogs and seeing your progress. You just need to find the balance of school, work, relationships, and time for yourself.
