This morning I had a very large breakfast including 4 fried eggs 5 peices of bacon and an order of hash browns plus 3 peices of toast this came to over 1100 calories.
But for the remander of the day im having a chef salad for lunch and a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato for dinner and an orange for a evening snack.
This combined with physical activity will keep me in my target range.
The moral of this story is you can still enjoy yourself now and then if you watch it the rest the rest of the day.
