Awww I just :heart1: you guys so much, thank you everyone for the support and putting everything into perspective. It helps so much so for serious thank you all.

Yesterday was a good day, I did have to go out to dinner though because my dad is leaving for a business trip to Thailand for about 3 weeks so we were all saying goodbye to him ... so while I am all bloaty today I was happy to get to say goodbye to him.
And dinner was scrumptious and JUST in my allotted cals so I can't complain.

I pushed and got through 30 day shred but that was all the movement I got in yesterday.
Today I'm going to brave the after work rush at the gym and hopefully get 3 miles on the treadmill I need a shred break. I went to the gym on Friday and remembered how much I did enjoy just jogging.

Then for dinner we are trying a chicken cheese curry thing that I saw on this website ... I am thinking it should be delicious so yeah ... in a nutshell that is how my day is going to pan out.

I think I've blabbed on long enough so I'm going to bid you adieu.

Thanks for the blog comment. I hate the after work gym crowd :sad2: But, great job on the dinner and let us know how the chicken cheese curry comes out. Sounds great!
