I know that this is a dumb question, but dang! I'm trying so hard and I keep getting bombarded with dinner invitations, oh honey, would you make such and such, and oh you should totally treat yourself. BANG! Busted my calorie intake, made my diabetes blood sugar skyrocket and then I feel bad.....again. Well, I'm back - yet again. Yes I know I should of never left, but life got in the way as well as work, so anyways......
As you can see, not doing too bad, lost about 40 lbs, but still have a long ways to go. I'm back on here to prove to my Dr. that I'm eating better and recording every little thing, including water, food, snacking, exercise, all of it!

I'm actually doing it! I've lost 12 lbs in the last 4 weeks and I'm still doing it. I've even started excerising and I'm not hating it. I am so damn proud of myself I can hardly contain it! YES!!!!

Well it's getting easier. Still haven't exercised yet because I'm still setting things up. I've got all my breakfast and lunch meals prepared for the week, as well as planned snacks. This will keep my diet right on target. It will be quick to grab and no prep so I have no excuse to eat out. I am getting there. I'm so proud of myself. My eating is getting much better. Didn't lose anything this week because I didn't have a chance to get things set up to make it easier for me. I worked too many hours to make it to the gym this week either. So I'm hoping this next week it slows down a little bit so that I can go to the gym.
