Wednesday, Oct 7 2015 - Major Set Back in Logging!!

So I haven't logged anything in over 2 and half weeks. I haven't even been on Calorie King that long and I've missed it. Work was at an all time high for stress level for 2 weeks, working 14 to 16 hours a day for 16 days straight. WOW!!! Talk about a blow to my personal life. BAM!!
Work is settling down after the government fiscal year end, so I can get back on the train of taking care of myself and to somewhat normal work routine.
So I weight myself this evening for the first time since a Dr. Appointments at the beginning of September. After all I have this awesome new scale that I haven't even used yet. So at the time I resigned up for Calorie King, I was at 229, so since I haven't stuck to my targets, no exercise and no idea of how much I was consuming, I wasn't expecting much, if anything. Not looking forward to this...
OMG! Wait.......what?

NO WAY.....This just can't be right.....Are you kidding me? Got off the scale, made sure the batteries were in right, calibrated it again........deep breath....got back on..............Nope it wasn't a mistake.
I weighted 212.6 lbs people! That's right I lost 16.4 lbs...not that I'm saying by any means that is the right way to lose weight but you know what.......I'LL TAKE IT!
I have a diabetes check up on Friday, so I'll be able to confirm the loss, but this should make my Dr. very happy if it's truly a loss.
Motivation to keep moving forward. Oh Yeah!!!! Gonna celebrate and buy myself a new blouse or pants, wooooohooooooo!!!!!
