So I took a year to get myself mental back to where I belong and got rid of all the drama in my life. I now have a safe, relaxing home and mentally, I'm back to my old self.

Been working on my diabetes numbers and I've finally have it under control. A month ago I was at 275, and today, I'm down to 265. So this where I'm restarting with a positive home, positive mind set and support from friends and family.

My husband and I cleaned out the entire house of anything unhealthy to help me stay focused and make eating junk less tempting. If it's not here, I can't eat it.

I officially start an exercise program Saturday, August 1, 2020. I have purchased a food scale, an exercise gall, exercise bands and several workout videos. I'm starting slow this time so I'm not setting myself up to fail this time.

Feeling really good about this journey this time. =D
