I lost 6 lbs in 5 days. Unbelievable and feel so good about my first week and myself that I did this. Definitely keeps me motivation when I see that! I just showed myself I can do this. I was honest on my logs and logged every single thing I put into my mouth! It was difficult but had to be truthful with myself.
Tried to do a whole 30 minutes of Body Groove and couldn't quite stay doing it. I got too tired and sore, but I kept trying to do as much as I could. So I logged on 15 minutes of actually doing it.
