I was 222.5 this am right out of bed. This was a pleasant surprise since I didn't swim yesterday and did munch on some crackers Cath bought and I'm not sure how many I ate. I guess this less exercize less food strategy is working. If I make it to 215 before the end of Feburary I should be in great shape to start cycling again. This week might be tough because I'm traveling two days.
