Lots of exercize today. Hip feels good. Swimming coming along. My wight was 224 after BM this AM. I'm concerned I'm not eating enough but I'm not hungry. Don't want to go into starvation mode. I guess I'll keep doing what I'm ding since the weight is coming off so fast.Wednesday, January 17th 2007
Got on the scale today and I was 229.5. It's not my weigh in day but I had to peek. Things seem to be working. I'm not riding and only getting half the exercize I would normally be getting this time of year. My hip is better but not healed. Hopefully the lay off will work. Noticed today that the first time I did CK my start weight was 213!! What I would give to be there today! FunnyTuesday, January 16th 2007

One week down and I've been real good. I will have to stay off the bike till March because of my hip but seem to be able to do the eliptical and lift. Determined to drop at least 20 by then. Maybe lower weight will put less stress on the hip when riding. First week calories were low and I was not hungry but I didn't drop any wight. I'm thinking I've gained muscle from lifting for the last two weeks or so. I do feel better except for the hip. The contest at the Y begins Wednesay. Hopefully...
