Hoping for a big change maybe not realisitic but I ate well and had some good long work outs.

It would be nice if I get off to a good start. Today was the first day I had to ride inside that will be a challange as the weather gets bad.
Yea 235.4 lbs a 4 lb loss. I have to keep reminding myself that this will not happen every week but it does show that I'm on track. My target of 1200 calories NET except on rest days seems to be OK.
