SOOO close! Almost there. The high end of the healthy weight range for my height is 136. I weighed in at 139 today. Sorry I haven't been around much. A little stress at home and at work and that doesn't make for happy quiet time to log everything. One more pound and I'll have lost 40 pounds.Thursday, July 2nd 2009
Over the years, I have become the Fat Sister. After living in Kansas City for a long time, and having a baby with my husband down there, when I moved back to my hometown, I started to gain weight, and lots of it. In high school, I weighed about 105 and so did she, but she was in middle school. See, she's 6 years younger. She's a size 2 (was a size 0 after having two kids), but I am healthier. UPDATE: I feel thin. I accidently put on a pair of 8s (must not have done a good job in my closet the other day) and they keep falling off my arse. Interesting to not have to unbutton and unzip when you use the restroom. *snicker, snicker*

I attacked my closet last night.
I have been filtering out stuff for a year that was too big or out of style, but I decided it was time to take a good look at everything. It was so much fun.
I literally took every article of clothing out of my 6x8 walk in closet
and put it on my bed. It ended up turning into a fashion show for the whole family.

I think its almost insane that now that I am making a conscious effort to burn pounds, its happening seemingly easy. Tracking the food is working and attempting exercise daily is helping to put my metabolism back in check.« Previous
