I easily take for granted the oh-so-many advantages I have throughout life; however, there is one aspect that without a doubt, I am grateful for each and every day. I am grateful for those who put their lives on the line and their families on hold, so that I may go throughout my existence in blissful ignorance. My gratitude extends to and beyond, the authorities who maintain law and balance, the fireman and rescue personnel, the politicians (yup, even they sacrifice and serve a purpose that ...What the F_ck?

Now here's something I never expected I'd have to deal with, jealously and envy. Always having been the fat chick or the underachiever, I never had to learn the skills to deal with emotions of others who hate or resent me "just because I'm beautiful" or just because I can do something cool (run, strength, laugh, dance) and they can't do it as well as I. I'm for damn sure not the best, just better than average, at some things, and everyone can make that particular claim to fame abou...Good mornin'

I love a good hike. It is there, with the beauty of the mountains, the peaceful sound of nature, the sweetness of solitude ~ solitude, which in abundance will drive a person insane, yet the lack thereof...
