I went back to the gym this week. Yesterday and today both were not to bad. Broke a sweat, had to catch my breath at the end. I don't really have any expectations, I just want to push my self to see how far I can go. I've set a goal of 45 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the elliptical. I'm going to move up from there and see what I can do.
No expectations means I'm not setting myself up for failure. This isn't a race, I have nothing to loose just by trying. Isn't that the first step anyway? Just try.
