Given my busy day yesterday, it really doesn't seem like much of a weekend. Kind of odd how when I do *nothing* on a given weekend, it doesn't seem like much of a weekend, either.
I walked for about 2 hours this morning and got some more whey powder. I was about out of the stuff I've been using, and needed some more. I ended up walking longer than I thought I was, because I was going on a slightly different route than I normally take. I've really been enjoying listening to 'Silence of the Lambs'. The person reading it does an excellent job, and the story just kind of sucks you in, making it really easy to get into.
Since I've been progressing further along in the c25k program, I've really been noticing my heart rate in general has changed. The other night, I was stretching to do cardio - i have some different stretches than the ones in the video, and mine take longer, so I pause the video while I finish up - and while I was waiting for the video to end the section, I turned on my heart rate monitor. While I was standing there, my heart rate was around 60 - about a month ago, it was higher than that while sitting. So, I stopped the video, and sat for a bit, and saw that it was going to the low 50's pretty easily. I also notice it when doing cardio, my heart rate drops pretty quickly. Today, I was looking at my running, my heart rate went from mid 150's while doing the first 8 minute run, down to the 120's in about 2 minutes, which doesn't seem to bad to me.

The weekends are NEVER long enough, IMO. Great job on progressing in the C25K and seeing such an improvement in health
