I started my routine this week. I never stopped weighing my food while on maintenance. I learned you should log your food at least three or four times a week during maintenance in order to keep yourself on track. Then you can cut that down to two or three times time as long as you keep up with the weighing and measuring in ordering to make sure you keep your portion control under wraps. getting back on track

It's been hard to get back on track lately, but I started back on my diet reluctantly. I had been maintaining my weight alright for the past three months right between 148-150. I felt myself getting a little out of control and in need of some discipline. There are some mental errors I still struggle with as well as some temptations that are constantly bothering me. BURGERS : Salmon Burgers

A few weeks ago in the Houston Chronicle Elizabeth Pudwill wrote an article about those wonderful creations we know as " Burgers". Only hers were the alternatives to the typical beef burgers that appear on most American tables. Sorry I have been away for a while. I have been avoiding the computer for a while and all the time I usually spend on it to do other things. I think at one point or another some of us get to the point we just get tired of concentrating on our food situations. I wanted to take a break from mine for a while. what is normal ?

Have you ever asked yourself what is normal ? Do I eat a normal amount of food ? Do I respond normally to food ? I used to think I did until I read the Beck Diet Solution and realized that I had a bunch of abnormal thinking processes towards food. My biggest problem I have to deal with is denial.
