feeling low

I've been feeling a little low lately. Even my eating has reflected it. I popped out of after a little skirmish last night when i found myself eating more than I should from a box of crackers. I have vowed never to over eat again like that again. OK, so maybe I should not make a vow, but if I don;t try, then the seriousness of it won't sink into my head. When I got up this morning, it did. I realized that was bugging me and Ambien are a deadly combination. I usually just take out a weighed port...Seeing a different king of results

I have waited a long time to see the results I am now seeing, but I am a little confused about them as well. I haven't lost hardly any weight in the past yet nor have my measurements changed all that much. Yet, my shape has changed and my muscles have gotten firmer that even some of my clothes don't fit me anymore. I really had doubts that this body could or would ever change like everyone said theirs was doing because I can't exercise like everyone else can. I have so many limitations to what ...Glad tha't done

I'm sure glad today is over and done with. I got to the clinic to find that the clinic didn't have my paper work for my procedure.
Apparently I was my doctor's only patient there today and they didn't know he was coming in. Ha, I almost had a stroke going through all I had the night before to only be sent home, but one phone call to the doctor confirmed what I had told them.
Things went off well and I was out of there with no waiting time. Yea. Didn't really want to watch the entire thing, bu...

Wow, real Sprite ! Today, all I can consume is liquids and some jello up until 2pm, then just water...after 6pm I have to drink this yucky stuff... Right now I get to drink the real stuff... real sugar Sprite in order to keep up my blood sugar. It's been years since I have had a real sugar drink. I guess it's the only fun part of this whole day. I am keeping track of how many jellos and sprites I drink on my log, and waters. This stuff can really add up in the calories! I have had to turn down ...taking a shower

I'll be taking a shower tonight, a hot shower that is. Our water heater got fixed this afternoon and I for one do appreciate hot running water. We managed to survived the ordeal. Now to get the good computer screen fixed and I'll be happy. I have been spoiled working on the new screen, this old one is not as clear and bright and hurts my eyes.It has come to my attention that all of the habits I think I had broken are some still lurking in the back of my brain just oozing to come back and ma...
