View NASHARIOS's food & exercise for this day

Keep having low blood sugars.


This is inevitable when reducing your food intake and dealing with insulin. Good thing I am being supervised with logs and everything for my insulin pump training--I'll get everything handled together at one time.


Not going to be tough on myself for passing the calorie target when I am already feeling physically bad...

Just have to figure out how to avoid passing it later/figure out how to structure my calories for lows.
