View NASHARIOS's food & exercise for this day

Went to the endocrinologist today! My diabetes is doing wonderful, which is my main goal.

:) What is the point of weight loss if the rest of my health is a piece of crap?

So, xD that being said, I'm really happy to be on a pump and to see things going awesome.


Again, have to withhold exercise for now while we watch how the insulin is working right now.


:D Might start doing temporary basal rates for after exercise and whatnot to help level things out.

Note to self: I was doing good but I did eat chicken outside of my 3 main meals of the day without thinking, so I can't get the reward for that goal this week.

My exercise goal, I revised the deadline to allow for the adjustments with the pump to happen first.

And my weight loss goal I have plenty of time for so I won't even worry right now.

Besides that, I've been way above my calorie limits, but again, my diabetes stuff and just getting a chance to catch up w/ exercise are all I care about right now--then I'll get started on that. As long as I try not to snack and just eat the 3 meals a day, I'll already be proud of myself because I never ate regularly like that before either. xD
