View NASHARIOS's food & exercise for this day
Alright, so here's how it's going to go for me for the first while.
I will kind of ignore my calorie target for this first week or two until I get caught up with my exercises on EA Sports Active II. That way, I won't be suffering from lows while I try to get back on track w/ that. And actually, my fitness program with that takes precedence over this, I'm more worried with exercise/fitness--even though I kind of want to diet and lose weight as well.
Once I get that in line, and also as I get things tweaked w/ my Docs at the same time, I will try to get more on the ball with the Calorie Targets again.
But I have to take it one step at a time, and finish what I started first with exercise. If I throw myself all into it right now I'm going to keep having lows all day and feel horrible. Once I get everything done, I should only have 4 workouts a week and things won't be as hectic.
