Well, it's Friday! I lost one pound this week. I feel kind of disappointed, but then again the goal is only to lose 1-2 pounds a week, so I am on the right track. My clothes feel looser, and that is great. Since I lost three pounds last week, my calorie intake dropped from the 1700's to the 1600's, I wonder what one pound will drop it too.
On the local news channel this morning, they discussed how fad diets are unhealthy and usually fail, and how nutritionist recommend watching your calorie intake and how much you burn. I thought to myself, hey I am finally doing the right thing for my body. Good luck everybody, and watch those calories!
