I did not weigh in for two weeks due to the fact I was on vacation. I ate a lot of my favorite not so low calorie foods while on vacation with the family. I did not drink as much water as usual and I think this is why I gained a pound. Now that I am home my motivation seems low, but I think once I get back into my routine I will start losing again. You have to really have a strong mindset and high motivation to be successful is my opinion. I want to reach my weight goal, so I have to dig deeper and push forward. Good luck all!
