I cannot believe it. I lost two pounds this week. I got a lot of exercise in this week. I worked 5, 12 hour days at work and that is my exercise. I drank 20 extra ozs of water a day, which I think helped. I am just so excited. I only have 29 more pounds to go. But since I have already lost 8 pounds in the past five weeks, it seems realistic now. I hope my motivation stays this high. I am leaving for vacation today and will not be back until June 1st. I plan to do a lot of walking and drinking water on my vacation. And I do plan to eat well, too. Well meaning, baked macaroni and cheese, brocoli and cheese cassarole, baked potatoes and steak, shrimp, tacos, etc. So I plan to make my exercise and water increase in order to cover all that good food I will eat. We will see what happens.
