Bootcamp Class
I had it in my head that class started at 10:30. It ENDs at 10:30. I got there at 10 to do some cardio before class and saw everyone in the gym. So I went in for the last part of the class. 
The personal trainer was so nice about it. It was a really neat class, from the part I was able to do. After class I told the personal trainer about my bicep tendonitis. She told me some modifications I could do for some of the exercises. She also told me that "total rest&...

again last night. And then this morning I spent alot of time in the bathroom with the big D. Sorry if that TMI, but I'm just reporting how we are still sick. I can't believe this. He didn't have a fever at all and was fine the rest of the day. He was still tired though and took a nap. If all goes well tonight and no fever tomorrow, then I will say we are through it. Sorry I haven't updated (Ashli
). It's not that I've been particularly busy; I've just not wanted to take the time away from the boys to come update today. And last night I fell asleep on the couch at 8:30! 
I never go to sleep that early. I had a bad headache and laid down with a heating pad. I didn't realize how tired I was.I'm slowly getting better, but my stomach is still bloated and sometimes cramping. I am eating some, but still not as much as usual. My appetite is not 100%.

Thanks, guys. I felt quite vulnerable after I posted my last blog about the desire to purge. That felt so personal to me. Not that I haven't posted more personal, but this just felt more so. I think I felt worried I would be viewed as about to go over the edge, which is not how I feel. It was really just that moment. This really sucks. My kids both threw up in the middle of the night. Poor things. Collin had a 103 fever yesterday and with my stomach problems, I wondered if his would turn into stomach. Sure enough. Carter never did run a fever.The part that sucks is that I had an appointment with my counselor today. I had to cancel the last one due to ice.
