View OLDARMYMED's food & exercise for this day
I have the double whammy when it comes to an aching foot. I have plantar fasciitis AND Achilles tendonitis in my left foot. I am getting to be good friends with my TENS machine and am living on ibuprofen. The big problem is the pain when I walk. Even the Gazelle makes it hurt. Hitting 10k steps a day is out for the time being but I am still coming in at around 5 to 6k each day. I love getting old. I have a new mantra:
ICE & STRETCH
ICE & STRETCH
ICE & STRETCH . . .
With any kind of luck it will clear up and I'll be back on track with me daily walking routine soon. The lack of exercise makes it all that much more important to watch the calorie intake and keep it within the CK limits. Still shooting for the green check every day.

I have been fighting Achilles Tendonitis for about a year - but for the most pa rt it does not interfere with my running or walking. I can have a day where I have nothing and then wake up in the middle of the night with it hurting. Best wishes for you to get better

Sad to hear you're having trouble, but you are correct, keeping a watchful eye on the calories will get you through.
Hope you get some relief soon!
