As a reference point for myself... here's a picture of me a month after I started CK (keeping in mind I had already lost some weight before CK) and another picture of me a month ago.
Of course with the different seasons/weather I am dressed differently and a jacket always adds bulk... but WOW! What a difference!
For anyone thinking it takes FOREVER to lose the weight... it doesn't... it just takes some patience and hard work. There is about 6 months between the 2 pictures.
In the past 6 months I have lost:
- 50+ lbs
- 8+ points on the BMI scale
- 3 cup sizes
- 3+ dress sizes (went from a 16 in this pic to the between 8/10 I am now)
- 8 inches from my waist
- 8 inches from my hips
- 7 inches from my chest
AND
- 5 inches from my thighs
WOWZAH!

Thanks everyone! The one that gets me is the loss on my thighs. It is incredible to think that each of my thighs were FIVE inches wider than they are now just 6 months ago. Holy Croly!
Janet... 100%!!! Posting comparison pics is a great reminder of how far you've come and the value of your hard work... and to motivate you to keep going. I encourage you to do it!
I can't wait for my next 6 month comparison shot!
