Hello everyone! My name is Rachel and I'm 30 years old. I have been battling my weight for about 9-10 years. Like many other people, I've been up and down, up and down.

I've been doing great. I really do like all of the information that CK gives us. It has really taught me the difference between being on a "diet" and eating healthy.
I feel great. I know I have a long road but that's ok because I feel better then I have in a while. I get "munchy" in the evening but I feel fullfilled with the healthy food choices that I am making.

I've been doing very well. I feel great. I have been eating 5 small meals a day and I'm not hungry like I used to be when I would "diet". I actually feel like I am ready to make this my lifestyle because I feel great do no feel like I am "dieting". When my husband and boys are eating I don't feel as if I'm missing anything.
Good so far...but again...one day at a time.

I started back about a week ago. This time I started with joining Curves and then started with Calorie King to watch my food intake a couple days later.
I'm feeling good so far...Today is my 31st B-day and that is what I was really thinking of a week ago when I began again....I feel like I've wasted another year but I have the choice to change the year ahead!

It kicked in, yesterday my metabolism caught up with me! YEAH! I can tell because I am suddenly a lot hungrier than I have been in a week.
I know I need to plan a healthier breakfast but this is going to be a challenge! I am ok with grabbing stuff to take to work for lunch and dinner but when it comes to breakfast, I'm bad. I am trying to change my habits because lately I don't eat any breakfast, eat a small lunch, and then around dinner time I am extremely hungry and have tons of calori...
