View RPVWILL's food & exercise for this day
So, I've changed my eating and exercise habits dramatically, but I think I'm still eating wrong or maybe not as efficient as I could be. Any suggestions? I still don't know what my carb to protein to fat ration should be.
I know I've got to incorporate more protein in my breakfast and exclude more unhealthy fats.

Everyone is different, but I try to get 100 grams while working out. It helps with the hunger issues. I've feel like I eat a ton of carbs, b/c my fruit intake is really high. I've cut down on refined carbs and other carbs. I really only eat whole grains at one meal (maybe two) a day. I just don't need them or crave them like I used to. Don't get me wrong...I'll eat an entire loaf of freshly baked bread if I could do it w/out gaining weight!
:)... I just don't eat it regularly.

I know everyone's body's a little different, but the ratio CK recommends is 40-60% of your calories from carbs, 15-20% of your calories from protein, and 20-30% of your calories from fat. There's some debate about this on CK--some people prefer to get more protein than this ration suggests, but I think that's a general, across-the-board guideline. Hope this helps!
