Tuesday, Feb 14 2012 - New to CK again...
View RPVWILL's food & exercise for this day
I recently started over with CK again. I never knew there was so much to it. I never recieved a bronze crown before because I never followed the exercises. So here I am, following exercises. I am in the middle of stage 4 of the bronze crown and was instructed to blog.
I'm 40 years old, father of 2, married to best woman a man could want. I have a great job and live in a great area. I weigh 353. That's after losing 22 pounds.
I've always been heavy. Never this heavy though, just 15-30 pounds. Now I'm 133 pounds over. But I'm working at it. I think this is my 3rd week. I'm working hard. I know I need to reexamine my efforts because there is more I can do.
Can you stop by and say hello? I need to get to know my neighbors. Thanks.

Just saying howdy! It sounds like you have a huge number of positive things going for you, which can make it easier (easiER, not easY) to make a good change for yourself. Best of luck, and congrats on your weight loss so far!

Hi William! I wish you much success! Here's some things I have found key;
Remember that this is a lifelong process. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Focus on more than a weight goal. You are going to have MANY other victories as you go thru this process. Celebrate them! Keep changing and evolving your plan. And most of all... ENJOY THE JOURNEY. This should not be a program of losing, but of gaining. Gaining better health, longer life, and the ability to do things you may not have done in a long time! Cheers!!!
